1. Handmade Nature of Products
Each pair of earrings is handcrafted with care. Because of this:
● Unique Variations: Minor differences in stitch tension, color placement, or size may occur. These are not defects but a hallmark of handmade art.● Color Accuracy: We strive to display colors accurately, but due to monitor settings and yarn dye lots, the product may vary slightly from the images on your screen.
2. Pricing and Payment
● All prices are listed in USD.● We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.● Payments are processed securely via [Payment Processing and/or PayPal. Orders will not be shipped until payment is cleared.
3. Shipping and Delivery
● Processing Time: Please allow 3 business days for your item to be shipped.● Special Orders: Orders over 20 items will be made to order. For these special orders, please allow 1 business day per item for your items to be crafted before shipping.● Shipping Risks: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items lost/stolen after they are marked as "Delivered."
4. Hygiene and Returns
Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final we are unable to offer exchanges, store credits, or refunds.
5. Care and Safety
● Wear & Tear: Crochet items are delicate. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and hairspray.● Safety Warning: These earrings may contain small parts (beads, hooks) that pose a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of small children and pets.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Euelle be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
